OUTPATIENT CLINICIAN Part-time, fee-for-service Outpatient Clinician is needed for our Adult programs. Will work with adults of all ages who have a wide variety of mental illness diagnoses. Master's degree and/or license eligible required.
OUTPATIENT CLINICIAN FOR CHILDREN Full-time 35 hours per week working with children of all ages who have a wide variety of mental illness diagnoses, specialization in the area of Autism Spectrum diagnosis is a plus. This position will work from the Salem Satellite office as well as the Derry office. Master's degree and/or license eligible is required.
BILINGUAL LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN This full-time position will meet the demands of our growing outpatient services to children, adolescents, adult and seniors. As the community mental health center serving the greater Salem/Derry/Plaistow area of Southern New Hampshire, our clinical approach is both multi-disciplinary and community oriented. Spanish preferred.
OUTREACH CLINICIAN FOR ADULTS Full time 35 hours per week position. An outreach clinician is needed for our expanding Adult programs to work with consumers who are unable to attend office-based appointments. This clinician will work with adults of all ages who have a wide variety of mental illness diagnoses. Must be able to work independently and to be comfortable with computer documentation. Candidate must be NH licensed as an LICSW.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONSULTANT Position with our expanding integrated care services the Behavioral Health Consultant will provide clinical services offsite at a Derry medical practice. Responsibilities will include providing short term treatment, emergency intervention and assessment of clients; referrals to community resources; consultation to physicians at the practice, work as part of collaborative team. Requires Master's in social work or counseling, independent licensure, and ability to work independently.
PER-DIEM POSITIONS AVAILABLE We are looking for per-diem workers to work an occasional shift when needed at our residential program in Derry. Coverage on all shifts needed including weekdays, weekends and evenings.
QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT/AUDITOR Full-time position 30 hours per week will coordinate QA audit process, perform chart audits, develop and maintain reports, track chart reviews, assist in training staff, help prepare and coordinate external audits. Required BA/BS or equivalent experience, must be proficient with Excel and EMR, strong public speaking and training skills.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONSULTANT The Behavioral Health Consultant will provide clinical services as part of our expanding integrated care services. The position will be four days per week working on-site at a primary care medical practice serving women ages 18 and older. Responsibilities will include providing emergency intervention, assessment and short term treatment, referrals to appropriate community resources, and consultation to physicians at the practice working as part of a collaborative team. Master's degree in social work or counseling, independent licensure and ability to work independently in a solution focused brief treatment model required.
FULL TIME CHILDREN'S CLINICIAN A full-time position will require 2 days a week in our Derry office and 3 days a week in our Hampstead office. The clinician must be comfortable working independently and able to collaborate with schools and community partners. Required Masters level license or licensed eligible clinician with at least 1 year experience.
PATH/OUTREACH BA/BS in Social Work or AS with 2 years experience needed. Must be available during NH Health and Human Services Hours to perform outreach to the homeless within Western Rockingham County to assist towards finding permanent housing as well as treatment for mental health illness and/or substance abuse. Will make referrals for clinical screening and case management services, foster collaboration between various local service providers, and provide follow-up on referrals of homeless individuals in need of services. Must have knowledge of local and community resources.
RESIDENTIAL STAFF 3rd AWAKE SHAFT 11p.m.-7a.m. This is a full-time position with our Beaver Lake Lodge elder residence. As a member of the BLL staff, will work to ensure all consumers are provided an environment that is safe, caring, nurturing, therapeutic and positive in order to enhance quality of life, growth and development. Will maintain a safe, clean environment and equipment for clients; administers medications pursuant to agency, federal and state requirements; responsible for documentation in accordance with agency policies and federal/state standards.
