GERIATRIC
PSYCHIATRIST

The Center for Life Management seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Geriatric Psychiatrist to join our expanding team of behavioral health providers in Southern New Hampshire. This position offers the opportunity to provide clinic based services, nursing home consultation, supervision of psychiatric nurse practitioners, and community based educational programming. This is a part-time position, with the potential for full-time if the candidate is willing to see younger adults. Very light on call duties, primarily via phone, with no inpatient rounding, and occasional hospital consultation.

OUTPATIENT CLINICIANS

Outpatient Clinicians are needed for our expanding Adult and Children’s programs. These full-time positions will work with children and adults of all ages who have a wide variety of mental illness diagnoses. Must have a Master’s degree and be NH Licensed. CLM offers an excellent benefit package.

PATH / OUTREACH WORKER
|
This is a fee for service position with flexible hours available. Must hold a BA/BS in Social Work or AS with 2 years experience. Responsibilities would include outreach to the homeless within Western Rockingham County to provide assistance in finding permanent housing as well as treatment for mental illness and/or substance abuse. Duties would include referral for clinical services as well as case management. Must have ability to foster cooperation and collaboration between other service providers, as well as provide follow-up on referrals, have knowledge of local and community resources and be computer literate. Program specific training will be provided.

Flexible hours and days

Outpatient Clinicians are needed for our expanding Adult program who are available for flexible hours and days. This part time position will work with adults of all ages who have a wide variety of mental illness diagnoses. CLM hires talented, dedicated individuals and provides them with the training and resources necessary to develop new skills and pursue professional goals. Candidates must have a Masters Degree and be NH Licensed.

BILINGUAL LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN
|
This full-time position will meet the demands of our growing outpatient services to children, adolescents, adult and seniors. As the community mental health center serving the greater Salem/Derry/Plaistow area of Southern New Hampshire, our clinical approach is both multi-disciplinary and community oriented. Spanish preferred.

PER-DIEM POSITIONS AVAILABLE
|
We are looking for per-diem workers to work an occasional shift when needed at our residential programs in Derry and Salem. Coverage on all shifts needed including weekdays, weekends and evenings.
