Adult Programs Jump to: Emergency Programs Senior Programs Child, Adolescent and     Family Programs Over the past decade, there have been significant science-based advances in our understanding of the biological causes of severe mental illnesses. Effective new medications exist and treatment is now focused on early intervention, effective treatment, rehabilitation and recovery. CLM Adult Community Support provides a multi-faceted range of services all with a goal of supporting restoration, rehabilitation and recovery of clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses such as depressive disorders and schizophrenia. As part of our recently redesigned program model, we now provide Acute Care Services on site at the Windham Inn for clients in need of more intense, acute care support. Our clinical case management teams are mobile and community-based, working with clients directly in their homes, workplaces and other appropriate community settings. Adult Community Support Services include - Case Management Outpatient Supportive Counseling Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management Dual Diagnosis Groups Mental Illness/Developmental Disabilities Mental Illness/Substance Abuse Employment and Education Services Residential Programs Community Residence for Adults Housing Support and Outreach Supportive Apartment Program Housing Assistance Program Family Support and Education Community Support Counseling (MIMS) Adult Outpatient Counseling Services We provide short-term, outpatient treatment for adults coping with a variety of mental health issues including depression, troubled relationships, life transitions, post-partum depression and other women's issues, sexual abuse, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug related issues.
