    • Episodes or periods of emotional crisis can happen in our lives unexpectedly. CLM offers a continuum of services designed to provide additional support and treatment to individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis, assist them in stabilizing their condition and work with them to get back to their daily routine as quickly as possible. Emergency Services are available to all CLM clients as well as local residents in psychiatric crisis.

    Depending on each individual situation and condition, Emergency Services may provide any one or a combination of the following services:
    1. 24 Hour Emergency Services:
      In many cases, the emergency will be resolved over the phone. In a serious crisis situation, a member of our mobile emergency services team will provide a face-to-face assessment in an appropriate community setting.
    2. Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management
    3. Crisis Stabilization:
      Intensive, short-term outpatient therapy and services designed to help stabilize the individual's condition.
    4. Hospitalization Services:
      Include pre-hospitalization screening, admission planning and guidance, and support with hospital relations management.


    In addition to these individual services, CLM Emergency Services also provides Critical Incidence Stress Debriefing support to any local schools, organizations or community groups coping with the after effects of a traumatic incident.
